While tacking a caldri Installation I grabbed a Guristas Ship Log 534987422 from a caldri cruiser or frigate(sorry I can't give more details). I'm not sure if that's supposed to appear so I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but it is odd.

Interesting , when I tried killing navy spawns in highsec (being an outlaw) they typically dropped random rat loot , including pirate ship logs. I thought FW navy rats would drop loot that made sense... apparently not.

Hmm. I managed to kill several Gallente Navy ships that spawned in highsec, and the wrecks didn't have any loot at all. Just bad luck?
They were very tough as well

I guess I wasn't clear enough, the NPC's I'm talking about are the capture site ones. I don't expect high sec spawns to have any, they're not supposed to, but the low sec ones are supposed to be like mission rats arn't they?

CCP always seem to rush over the details of stuff and miss things like that on eaach and every expansion, another example would be armour plates not having a rig. One could conclude two things:
a)CCP devs are a bunch of smug lazy gits with dream jobs too busy standing about the water cooler patting each other on the back muttering "awsome" to notice this stuff.
or
b)CCP devs are under so much pressure juggling 3 or 4 projects at once to notice small details like that, hoping that players will actually fill out a bug report when they see this stuff so the can get it fixed quickly and efficiently.
