i can fly absolution with maxed skills, and you know, I dont fly it, I use zealot instead. Solo pvp dead those days anyway. Absolution turns like a brick, not much better then bs. Anyting can lock you and there is no chance to escape. Cause 2-3 hacs will rip you apart.
Tbh, I dont see any points to fly command ships, big, bulky, expensive...Get a hac or a bs. Those ships do the job better and cheaper.
From my point of view, the only command ship worth flying is Sleipnir. Reasonably agile and fast

You might consider EANM + DC + thermic hardener (instead another EANM) - but pretty much your setup is one i use.
Probably uses a thermic resist rig like I do.

Command ships really do have their place.
Tried to kill a dual-plate, triple-trimarked, MWD equipped tackle Damnation lately? If that thing could fit an infini-scram, HIC's would be pointless. Sub-cap, there are few (if any) tougher ships. Awesome heavy tackle, simply awesome. If it's in a spider-gang, the only way it'll die is if all the other ships in the gang die and the enemy has enough ammo left.

On the test server, i ***** the abso nonstop, its simply a blast to fly there, due to the odd nature of combat in the FFAs. Because of that, you can drop the mwd for point, web, and injector, and have a ball.
on TQ, I ***** my Sleipnir.
not much else to say tbh.

im quite surprised nobody wrote a full passive armour tanking. This ship have a resist bonus, so imho it could be effective with passive tank ( and if in gang spider-tank).
Im far from expert on amarr ships but something like the below setup would not work?
low:
dc2,3x damage mod,1600mm rolled, 2x eanm2
med:
mwd, web, point ( or something else if in gang)
high:
6x weapons, 1x med remote armor rep
rigs:
2x trimark
