a member of snake assault accepted a 1v1, Khan Amarran, he engaged me outside the station, as soon as i agressed a taranis, brutix and a pair of stealth bombers warped into to engage.
Do not accept any 1v1s from Snake Assault as they dis-honour them

Hmmmm.....heres an idea, dont accept fleet invites or 1vs1s from ppl u dont know! Or ppl with low sec status!!
Or if u do accept, dont whine about what ship u lose!!!!

Or... don't accept any 1v1s in any ship you care about losing. In a game with loss penalties as great as EVE's, people will and should do everything in their power to win when they've got valuable ships on the line.
On the other hand, 1v1 in a frigate is cool anytime.

i never accepted any fleet invite, and i am the guy with the low sec status, and iam not whining about losing a ship, iam just warning people not to accept 1v1s from these guys

Fair enuff, i just assumed it may be the old, fleet invite trick, to have the 1v1.
But again i would not accpet a 1v1 from someone i dont know becoz of the risk of this happening.
As we all know eve is not a forgiving game hehe

eve is not a forgiving game at all :) why i play it, i offered the 1v1 he accepted, in hind sight i should have de-agressed as soon as local spiked, but he was already in structure so i finished him off first, but yea i offered the 1v1

Wtf, this is the crime and punishement forum, what's the chance it wasn't a pirate with some half sense of honor that accepted a 1vs1 thinking some skilled PvPer still honor those calls?
Now, if it had been a n00b who accepted a fleet invite in high sec it wouldn't be in this forum, the n00b would be crying elsewhere.

if this was at a station then i dont see why you didnt just unaggress/dock....undock in a bs...face*****them.
and to the fails saying dont accept 1v1's.......wheres your sense of adventure and pride?!!?
