If this is true then this could lead the way for further Northern alliance goon resets. After all, Goons are are in the Northern back yard of Geminate at the moment. Does this also mean smashkill may expect assistance from the northern power bloc? Does this mean that the Southern Collation is showing signs of destabilization (when you combine this information with the announcement of RA's recent reset)? Does this mean that support for Goons is dropping away just as fast as they gained it all those months ago? Discuss... [Edit: Clarity]

Maybe even have whatever is decided put in the Pure rulebook." i for one am eager to see these rules implemented not only in pure, but all around the eve universe as it will certainly bring peace and stability to many alliances.
