Just wondering what ship you all recommend? I was thinking of a harbinger with beams? Or train for a myrmidon? At the moment I'm using a tech1 Arbitrator for lvl2 missions. |

Probably depends on what you plan to train in the future. If you plan to work on drone skills early on, Myrm would handle any level 3 just fine. Harbinger can be a very ganky BC, but probably won't have as strong a tank as your myrm. And if you don't plan to focus on gunnery skills, you probably won't like the Harbinger as much. If you like missiles, you could just get a drake, although that will require some shield skill training. There are many viable options, it just comes down to what type of ship you prefer and what skills you want to focus on first.

Harbinger with beams is great, sure there are tankier BCs, but if you want to complete lvl 3 missions fast it's the way to go. (retribution for fun and a challenge.. but missions get old fast)

IMO, go gank on Lv3s, I can't think of any that warp jam so you can get out and the damage makes it faster.
Also, most of the mobs you find in amarr missions are weak to em and thermal I believe so lasers are *thumbs-up*.
That said, I grew up doing amarr missions in gallente drone boats and it worked just fine too. :)

harbinger or prophecy is best ship for amarr lvl 3. If you already got T2 medium laser, try Pulse laser with scorch..burns NPCs to hell. Otherwise focused medium beams will do very good

Seriosuly, this is one screwed up lvl 3... I won't deny underestimating it but I went in in an apoch and it scrammed, neuted, and webbed me to oblivion. My guns could hit the little frig-sized drones and my drones went pop almost immediatly. Yeah, I was stupid, but that is one messed up "level 3". Sad thing is, it lures you in to thinking it's easy for the first few parts.
