TES ESCAPE POD MK XXIV
My heart is still bumping inside my chest like a wild animal struggling to be free. mere minutes ago I was on a scout run to Hrober in my inquisitor class frigate TES CONCORD HATER, to explore the new jump gate routes and maybe to kill an unprepared hauler or agent runner of the enemy. After reaching hrober I decided it was not a good day for a fight as I was vastly outnumbered and decided to head back to amarr. One jump later in a remote system called hrokkur my autopilot decided to go offline. As I was studying the scriptures by accessing the database of my pod I allowed myself to shut down my awareness and only was brought back by a cruise missile hitting my ship. I was surrounded by 3 enemy ships (well maybe not quite surrounded)!
I tried to manually override the autopilot but failed. Realizing the next hits would tear my ship apart I prepared for jumping with the pod. A last hard hit shot my capsule out of the remains of my once proud ship and I hit the jump button. Not without taking further damage as I realized in the same moment.
My pod managed to get to the next system with only 12% structure left. I thanked god for his help and tried to calm down again. Bl3ach, Darax Thulain and Eddie Gordon had not been able to kill my pod. I knew it wasn't simply luck! It was divine intervention!
Arriving in teonosude I felt better again and was relaxing in the pod preparing for the long way home. Mere seconds later I swallowed about half a litre of pod fluid when I came out of warp and my scanner showed an enemy battleship (Kal Cyann) blocking the gate. I warped away hoping the enemy was already aligning for warp flight and leaving the gate. I was wrong when I returned he was still there. I ran some fast calculations and could se that my pod was too slow to make it within jump distance before the tempest would establish a lock. Therefore I warped to the imperial armaments station to get myself a shuttle and try again. My heart fell when I checked local and realized that 2 more TPFOM pilots had entered the system. Trusting in god I dared the approach to the gate, fixing my gaze to the gate, as it promised safety, I barely realized being locked and shot at. I barely realized when my pod freed itself from the remains of the shuttle again and when my pod was hit I had already sent my soul to god and cloning facility. My vision faded. Being ethidium bromide Mk VIII by now, I quickly realized that I was still alive and had made it once more. 4% structure left on the pod! It was a wreck but still moving. No minmatar terrorist following me! Did they realize and acknowledge the superiority of an amarr protected by god? Or was it just that they didn't want to see my ugly bum floating through space?
WHATEVER!
My heart is still bumping inside my chest like a wild animal struggling to be free.

Truly astounding, our role in protecting the Lords chosen race has not gone unnoticed it appears! Not once but twice now we have been cradled to safety away from certain death by the creators own hands..

Well well well, I must say..! It was indeed quite impressive that you survived the first time. And doing it again was... *grins* Very admirable.. However, while your "gods" powers were wasted on all your well being I took a trip to the DRS system and pulverized Mahhy's crow after several bumpy rides. Your god doesnt protect you all.

For someone who barely escaped a quick "back home to your clone"-lift, this imp wields a pretty large pen-fist. To those who wonder, who care, about what they read here ... "I" do not need to want to do "anything". I never claimed to be more than a civilian. My voice only states matters of fact. 'tis others who grab any occasion to boost and to conceil their inner weakness that gnaws and gnaws. ____________________________________________________

ashe, i understodd randuin's post as a threat, my mistake obviously! of course everyone is a llowed to have an opinion, if it will survive gods judgement is in your cases at least doubtful. aswell as i do not despise all minmatar, i don't want to urge all of those despising our way of live to fight! do as you chose! your soul will be judged in the end!

Maybe, just maybe.. you should not stride in the space of the peoples repulic.
we would enjoy to vaporize your battleship if it shows up there.
greetings also to mr. vladic who though he could stride around there... after a few unsuccsessful trials to bring down my cruiser in his frigate he ran away... and he didnt look back :-)
despite that - whatever the others think about, i dont like podding.. and i still would not intentinally pod anyone.
this divides humans from slavers.

Have you missed the point so much?

Ethidium's point was that he was still alive. A ship is simply an inanimate object. God protects his chosen, as he did in my case as well. My clone was not activated on that day Darax, god was smiling upon me.

Sometimes a Minmatar pilot just has more mercy than some you imagines.
If you call him GOD therefore, i guess that goes ok.

I'm positive that could be true Zool, but I did not ask for mercy, nor did Darax express any willingness to show it. The Peoples Front is not known to be particularily lenient in these matters.
Rest assured, it was by Gods grace that my clone was not activated.

For some bizarre reason, I suspect the date of your choosing is the 12th of Never.
But never mind, while I'm waiting for Beelzebub to go ice-skating, I shall content myself with spreading the word of the Emperor.

I found out the hard way that Ashe has a habit if choosing the least expected moments. Thats why I moved to Khanid. They tolerate him a lot less there than you seem to do.
Gode him all you like, he isn't going to react unless you have something he really wants, thats how I got his attention. It's a matter dangling the right carrots, how do you think he lost his Vexor?

Well Mahhy, we have fought so many times it is about time we pod one another *grins*. Gaius Kador actually showed mercy on me the other day when I and Isiana blew each other up. He scrambled and webbed my pod and let me dock without shooting(or he didnt have guns, not a likely option)
My last post might have seemed blatant or arrogant. But to tell the truth, my battle with Mahhy was one of legends.. *smiles* And I hope we will see more of those.

Are you lecturing us, Ticket Master? I sense more than a hint of degrading comments towards many of the postings of my brethren.
I expect this to end, we deal with our enemies as we deem fit, and we know through experience what works.
As for your carrot idea, well I always haul slaves with me at all times, I believed this to be a known fact. The one exception from this rule is when I enter Gallente or Caldari space, whose laws I am required to respect. ----------------------------------------------
