Not completely useless in subcaps as it has Logistics and Recon ships to 5 (and 3 racial cruisers to 5)

Can sit in a Phoenix with skills that could use some shining. Currently training Gallente BS to make it a Nyx pilot as well as it has amazingly nice Mechanic skills.
