Hello CCP!
We, Russian EVE community (http://eve-ru.com), are applying to you about the long time ago banned player "fedor". More than 9 months are passed since he had beed banned, and the player is almost completely lost any hope for returning to the game. We cannot believe that he was e-buyer! All russian players just heared about this disaster, are watching his killboard (http://84.204.47.84/pilot.php?name=fedor) and cannot link e-buyering with the one of the best players of the russian community. Fedor doesn't play for more than 9 months, but still has a 3rd place on his killboard. A count of his wins causes respect from everyone, the beginners wants to be like he was. All they are completely confused since this strange and misunderstanding history.
In real world, the one who played fedor are adult, highly graduated man, he has a good payed job. There was a lot of meetings of players in the real life, and the each one who came, was able to ensure that. He spend many time in PvP, which places his relations to e-buyering in doubt.
All russian community of our most favourite game Eve Online begs you to check everything again! We believe in your professionalism and attention to each player.
Also, we presume that all that happens was just an error and are result of combinations of some (maybe, technical) conditions.
With regards, Russian Eve Online community.

its nice to see unbridled racism is alive and well in our fine community. As you've likely noticed during the csm election, a lot of russians play this game - myself amongst them. Surely your line of logic suggests that I and every other russian player must therefore be engaged in questionable RMT activities.
Seriously though, i hope you're watching your back. We don't take lightly to this kind of disrespectful bull****.

I'm not quite sure if telling _anybody_ that your mate is a cheater would be a smart move. --
There are countless games in the world. There are at least as many ppl that dont like one or more rules of said games. That never stopped smart game designers from creating good games.

Also, "russian" isn't a race.

Sorry, but the fact that he has a well paying job (meaning he can afford to buy iskies) and prefers spending his time with PvP (don't we all) doesn't really prove that he's unlikely to buy isk. Quite the contrary, really. Not saying it proves he's a buyer, but a preference towards blowing stuff up and getting blown up means a need for isk somehow.
Sadly, your best bet will be to have the player in question contact ccp directly, and not through the forums. Even if they can help, they won't discuss account details with anyone but the banned player.

It not very good to accuse of ebay trading without providing evidences. There are some doubts about ban decision, but CCP is not famous in accepting of its errors. But there is always possibility that CCP have proof of it but don't want to share. Anyway it is beating of dead horse imho.
P.S. It is still have to be noted that Mexx388 DOES NOT HAVE ANY connection to eve-ru.com or site team. He just assume the right to speak on behalf of Russian Community.

It's amusing to me that you're ninja editing this after I last replied.
Anyway, to say that I suggested that all russians take part in RMT is just simply ridiculous. I could in fact take that method of reasoning you're employing and infer that the Russian EVE site is inherently racist by the fact that its content discriminates against non-Russian speakers. Should I call that disrespectful too?
And making threats just shows your skin is as thin as your logic. Again, for the second time, it's a joke. Switch to decaf.
