Tip for the day: Freighter courier pilots *hate* containers. If at all possible, avoid the use of containers and you will be much loved. It's not like Black Frog charges by the m3 anyway! |

Quick update: we're very busy post-expansion (60 contracts placed in the last 24 hours).
To minimise the likelihood that your contract expires before having been accepted, we suggest you make sure you follow the trip calculator guide for setting times to accept (7 days for all contracts). Otherwise if you set you contract for 3 days, there is a possibility it will just drop off the queue if not able to be accepted while we process the post-expansion rush. |

I think I spoke too soon. The Black Team have just completed 50+ contracts in the past 24 hours, bringing the post-expansion queue pretty much under control. We still do recommend 7 days for acceptance of all contracts, however, to allow for periods where few pilots are available. |

suggest Push Industries
they completed 15/15 contracts *in hours* during
heavy work loads. *the 15 contracts Black Frog Failed to Start with in 2days 22hours.
strong suggestion.. Stay away from Black Frog.

I'm very suprised to read this, because the four contracts we completed for you were delivered within 27 hours and 10 minutes of being issued, to be precise. I don't recall another 15 contracts from you having been outstanding in our queue, but if so, it seems you removed them just prior to their having worked their way to the front of the queue.
Our contract statistics are pulled from the API and are open for all to see at http://black-frog.red-frog.org/status.php . They show that within the last five months since we have been able to use the API for statistics, just over 50% of contracts are delivered within 24 hours of being issued and 80% of contracts within 48 hours. |

Two new pilots have joined Black Frog in the past fortnight, and we have more new pilots on the way and in training to match the continued increase in contract volumes. We're now moving in a day what we used to move in a month when we first began operations! |

Over the Christmas/New Year period, CCP has contracted Black Frog to haul all of Santa's lovely gifts out of Polaris to capsuleers around the universe. That's a lot of work indeed, the upshot of which is that we'll be somewhat short-staffed for a good 10 days.
You're very welcome to continue to place contracts for us during this time, but this is a headsup of likely delays until the Christmas/New Years festivities are completed. If you want to reduce the chance that your contracts lapse before our pilots are able to get to them, you might like to set 14 days for acceptance.
From the team here at Black Frog, we're wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thanks for your continued and ongoing support throughout 2011. We look forward to seeing you all again in 2012. |

Update: On the eve of Christmas, an expanded pilot pool means most contracts are still being delivered within 24 hours, and nearly all within 48 hours. We'll have to play the next week by ear though, but this is just to keep you up to date with contract times. |
