Hello dear pilots of Eve universe!
Raising population of our world [eve world, mkay?], raising numbers of highly skilled [sp] commanders and more ships being produced has led us to where we are today [everything that follows is only result of what you see here, mkay?]. To the world full of chaos, hatred, insanity, and INCOMPETENCE, i can't stess this enuf, of many of pilots throughout all our ranks.
I'm disgusted every time I see some incompetent capital ship or battleship pilot flying around in low sec or null sec. Some people just don't have it sorted out in their heads, thus they should be classified as insane, maniacal, mentally ill individulas or they're just drunk [i don't know, mkay?]. CCP should not let these people fly ships of such power! Ships that can destroy millions of dreams, lives and hopes in a matter of seconds.
Therefore, I, by this petition want to invite you to participate in campaing against drunken punks flying BS and CAPs ships.
Below are several things I'd like CCP to do about this matter.
1 - all who wanna attempt to fly BS or Cap ship has to earn their degree in Eve-uni, learn history of EVE conflicts.
2 - all who wanna attempt to fly BS or Cap ship has to go through 9 month long training for flying these ships (regardless of their skills ingame) including - tactics, strategies, usage of the ship, its functions and so on.
3 - Attending etiquette class is a must.
4 - Castration is a must, too! (it has been proven that by flying one of these ships your epeen will be uncontrollably boosted to such highs from which it cannot be brought down, therefore resulting in more maniacs being brought to our universe, shall the individual get out of his control pannel unit [pc/notebook irl,mkay?] and beget descendant)
5 - after all of this has taken place and pilots have been thoroughly trained, they will acquire licence for piloting all the ships in question.
This should make our world [eve world again, mkay?] more secure and pleasing place to be.

Let them do it, fly biggest possible ship as fastest as they can, because they WILL learn of thier own mistakes.
And ofc, noobs in BS'es and capital ships is just funny to kill to.

Even I will learn not to shield tank an Archon after a few loses. If I can afford to lose carriers why do you care if I fly it or not. Its not like my corp or alliance pays for them.

as of reading the op I'm too stupid to remember what I was going to say here
and at least it already takes about 9 months to get into a cap ship
and at like 2 months you can be good enough in a bs for running missions, and thats with the first month being all learning skills.
