Can I just point out this one fact to all you new bounty hunters following;
Having a bounty on your head does not mean that you are a pirate.

Not having a bounty on your head doesn't mean you're not a pirate either now does it?

It's the exact same things as what Zombie did, you may not attack in "safe-areas" (empire/within sentry range) without loosing your ship.

falling lower that -5 sec status shows that you might be worse than 0.0 space pirates. On the other hand you could be retaliating after getting jumped by .5 mining op hunters.
I had a sec hit like that for joining my corps retaliation on some lame wannabe pirates. At least we blew them out of the sky :D
This game needs crime flaggin sooner than soon. You cant expect to take a sec hit if the guy shot at you 5 mins ago.

Just because someone is a bounty hunter, it does not mean to say that they only hunt pirates.
They hunt people with "Bounty" on their head

lol, telling bounty hunters not to chase people with bounties kinda undermines their profession a little 
Bounty hunters aren't meant to be the good guys or bad guys, they are supposed to be interested in money.
Then again this is EVE. People don't ever seem to get their definitions correct. One year on and still nobody knows how a pirate is supposed to act.
