You'd think by now the majority of 'vets' would be up to atleast 5-6 by now, if not more
Seriously, desperate measures again, unlike you guys blaming it on the summer (in terms of droping numbers) ccp feel the need to enhance the 'social' expierence by having more silent running alts being created.

well since 90% of FW participants will be alts, they thought they would run a special to help make FW more successful.

Take away the risk and it would make flying around in space utterly pointless.
Take away the flying around part and you make EVE into a space themed spreadsheet application. |

This offer is being sent to players who subscribed in the last Power of 2 Campaign. That campaign ended in mid-November, so many of those 2nd accounts are now timed to go inactive. This program is basically a "reminder" to everyone using Power of 2 that it is time to sign up for a another 6 months.
