I'm sorry, but this buyout price is still too low. I've edited my opening post to reflect the minimum buyout off I will consider from now on and to list the fact that she does indeed have 5 level 4 Carthum RnD agents but has no RP's.
EDIT: I understand that 7bn is a large amount of money, however after looking over other auctions and the prices that other characters have sold for I feel that both the starting bid and the buyout price are more than fair.
