I know they're brand different words, but I want to aim for one of the three branches and I don't really know what to go for.
The goal would be low sec piracy.
Which one of those do you find nicer/funnier to fly? Pros and cons?
It seems Vaga would be the one to best match my style, but I'm not sure... I like them three, I need opinions!

For low sec? Broadsword all the way.
Better tank, decent damage, and valuable for catching haulers.

Vaga will only last long enough around guns to kill small things, and objects like gates, billboards, and especially stations can make things messy when relying on speed. Same with rapiers.
Broadswords will be optimal at both the station and the gate game, but will be a less optimal choice in the belts. For belts or a roaming ship, it's pretty much preference between the rapier and vaga (I'd go vaga - DPS kitted).

Hmm I like belt roaming, but I really can't say what's my game because I've never had a ship capable of sentry tanking, so I don't know if I like it or not.
What do you enjoy most? :P

I'd say start with a cheap vaga fit (which means cheap rigs - t2 fit the thing or i'll come kill you personally), and then go from there. If you like to dictate range, huginn or rapier. These two are easily the most survivable too. Vaga will have more chase speed and DPS than the huginn or rapier, but still very survivable.
Broadsword is more for gang work and big tank work - killing smaller stuff solo or catching stuff in a gang.

Rapier Rapier Rapier.
Broadsword=Boring and crap for solo.
Vaga=Everyone-docks-when-seen-on-scan.
Rapier=Versatile (your other 2 are 1-trick), relatively blob-proof....a solo/small gang (2-3 pilots max) dream ship to fly.
**EDIT**You'll love it. Trust me  . If the words "hunt" and "stalk" mean anything to you the Rapier will reward you over and over again while the Vaga/'sword pilots are killing T1 pap and getting counter-blobbed. Bad business sense if you ask me  .
