Is there any way to repair a faction when it drops below -2? I have Diplomacy 5 and my Minmatar faction is -2.06 effective. I've tried running missions and storyline missions in a group but the storyline had no effect on my Minma faction. Is there ANY way to raise it again?

I wish I could tell you mate :(
I believe you can hunt down ammar NPCs, and sell the tags for an increase?
However if you join a corp that is involved in factional warfare, as long as you don't take them down to under 0.5 standings, you can grind it back up that way.
Anyone else have hope for him?
the only other thing I can say is I remember the term around these forums is the -5 standings hole and how it is impossible to get back up.
seeing as your only -2 there should be something you can do.

Mission for SOE it will slowly grind ur faction back up.
Or do missions for the gallente, it will also give a slow increase.

What is your starting standing to Minmatar? Diplomacy 5 should allow you get to above -2 even if you have -5 starting standing. How did you manage to get your standing below -5?
If you have higher than -2 to Gallente, you can go run their graduation certificate missions and possibly the tutorial mission. This should be enough to open up the Minmatar graduation certificate missions and level 1 agents.

My Gallente is just as bad as my Minmatar. Starting faction without modification is -5.08. I started off in Caldari space and then moved to Amarr space. Working faction with those two killed my other factions before I realized what I was doing. Hmm, cool...I can use Sisters of Eve. I'll give that a shot, thanks!

Look at the allies of the ones that hate you, its slow going but if you cant do any missions for Minmatar then look to Gallente, doing missions there will give you a small boost to Minmatar that eventially allows you to start with the lev 1 Minmatar agents.
I had your problem with Ammatar after doing too many Republic fleet missions, I had to start with some Caldari corp untill my Amarr standing was enough to missions for them, then do missions for Amarr untill Ammatar agents would talk to me again.
As far as I know you will always be able to work your way back, it just not going to be fast and easy.

Even the crappiest agents require a "standing" of -2.0 or greater, after Diplomacy. So you indeed can get thrown out in the cold if you don't take notice on the consequences of your work. Theoretically you could try working for Sisters of EVE or Interbus, I guess, but it's going to be quite a slow a ride. Or just wait a few days, join the crusade, and shoot the Gallente pigdogs. Who needs them anyway?
