Your corp standings will adjust over time, approaching the average of all the standings of all the players in your corp (in that case, just you).

Edited by: Antiochus Laetus on 02/06/2008 06:12:59 If i'm not mistaken the standings update at downtime, just keep doing missions and over time they will gradually meet your standings, provided you are the only individual in the corp. Once another joins corp standings become the average of you and the other person.
Theres a chart somewhere, showing how it all works, I have no clue where, check in the corp forums, that'll give you a start.
If you're trying to reach something specific like 5.00 with a certain faction/corp then dont expect it to take overnight, it'll be several days, something like a week or more, iirc. New sig coming. |

Downtime is over - and my corporation's standings are still 0. By the way - other guy join my corp today morning and his standings (received today before downtime) are not reflected on corp standings too. Do somebody has ideas, why do I have this problem?

COrp-Level Standings will ONLY begin to normalize (change to the proper level) after completing a Storyline mission or Cosmos mission that effects your faction-level standings.
The Corp-Standings will then change at a portion each day, at downtime, until it reaches the Average of all the people in that corp.
Example 1: Corp of 2 pilots. A has +5.0 to Amarr, B has No standings from amarr (ie, they dont even show up on the list). Only pilot A's standings will bleed to corp, eventually reaching a corp standing of +5.0 to amarr for the corp.
Example 2: Once again, 2 pilots. A still has that great 5.0 to Amarr, but pilot B messed around a bit and has done a single faction effecting mission and reached + .0001. The standings is now calculated as +5.0001 divided by 2(total standings divided by number of pilots with standings) to create a normalize corp standing of +2.5 and a bit.
Also, Pilot A will Yell at Pilot B, if they were trying to, for example, anchor a tower in amarrian space.
tl;dr 1:Do an Important/Storyline mission that effects factions to start updating the corp's standings. 2:It always changes at DT, a little each time. 3:All corp members with related standings will be counted.

Guys, thanks for answer. I found at forum, that corp standing icreases by following formula: Daily Standing Change=(Average Standing-Current Standing)/4. So, it is ok. Few posts higher RaTTuS gave information regarding my personal standings and my corp's current standings. It looks like exactly the same like it should be by formula (u can chack it)- just becouse of he took that information from (probably) database. It is ok too. BUT!!! Why I can not see that information at Info of my corporation and in my corp management tool? It should be there - just becouse it should be. Now goin to supermarket, or my wife promised to explode my mining barje ...

The formula, or near enough, for downtime changes to corp standings after doing a storyline mission:
1st downtime: Old standing -> old standing + (new - old)*44% Subsequent downtimes (assuming no further changes for anyone in the corp): old standing -> old standing + (new - old)*25%
Old & new refer to average standings. If you right-click on the standing in the politics tab of the corp window, you can select 'show compositions'. This shows the people in your corp who are contributing towards the average and what their standings are.
People who've never done a storyline mission don't count, and your corp can have any number of them without the standings being affected. You can even have people join who already have faction standings as long as none of them do any storyline missions, and you'll keep the higher standings.
If you're aiming for a specific level, it's best to overshoot it, or it takes ages to converge.

This is a visibility bug that has been there since I started Eve over 2 years ago, I make a living from raising Corp standings for Hi sec pos deployment and jump clones, I see this on every corp I have created. I log in with an alt to check the progress.
Try this cool little tool to calculate both NPC Corp and faction standings. Enter the average of all corp members in the first box

Press Esc, on one of the tabs you will find a button for "Clear Cache" press that button and you should be able to check your corp standings properly.
