[WTA/WTS] 2.5 million SP PvP starter. Needs to go! Only a few hours..

I dont have time to run two characters atm and would like to try and get something for my trouble. Latrinis I originally trained him to be a PvP character and so he has all +4 implants EXCEPT charisma. I started to get his tanking skills and energy skills up. I can plug in a +4 charisma implant at COST (from LP store 12mill ISK IIRC) He can already use T2 armor tank mods and T2 energy/cap mods. Would be a great noob starter character as most learning skills are already started and at a somewhat decent level. Skills worth noting: Engineering V Energy Management IV Energy Grid Upgrades IV Energy Systems Operation IV Mechanic V Hull Upgrades V Repair Systems IV (training to V now) Gunnery V Small Energy Turret V (already has the small and med spec'd skillbooks and just needs motion prediction/sharpshooter trained to start the spec books) Amarr Frigate IV Spaceship Command IV Most rank 1 learning skills to IV (except Empathy) Most adv. learning skills to III Will come with: - 2million ISK in wallet - Multiple Skillbooks ready to be trained (will specify when I log on again later today) - Noob Corp - 0.0 Sec status - No Corp History - No Killrights - No faction standing - Unfitted Amarr Frig Rules: Starting Bid: 300million ISK Bid Increments: 20million ISK Reserve: NONE Buyout: Make a reasonable offer End time: 6/3 - 19:15 Eve Time Please post bids, questions, and offers here.
