Events like this happen everyday in EVE and are not COAD-worthy. There's little a sledgehammer can't fix. If you can't fix it, you need a bigger sledgehammer. If it's unfixable, blame CCP. :p

Might not have been there straight away, but i listened to the whole thing on comms and yes tbh it does sound more like he was afk than a bug. He docks and logs. 3 hours later his ship undocks in the middle of a fleet fight when he isnt even logged on. You gotta admit that sounds abit dodge.
