Caps is shouting in this forum. Don't do it- it also looks horrible. If you open your character information window then click standings you will see who you did your last mission with. By clicking the ! you can see where all the agents for that corp are situated & more importantly which ones you can do missions for. It really is that simple & remember statements like "I couldn't be arsed" go down a bundle in this forum.

I think you are confused, level and quality are two different things.
Level of the agent 1-5 indicate the difficulty of the mission and the general quality of the reward given, in isk/lp.
Quality refers toà well... the quality of the agent. How good the reward is that is given. IE, a higher quality agent will give a better reward for the same mission at the same level.
Higher quality agents require better standings.
Have you do the tutorial?
My opinions are my own, they may not match the opinions of my Corp or Alliance. |

You need to stop jumping around running for many agents. You need to work for a single corporation, and get your standing up with them, before they will allow you access to better agents like level II's. Research the corp first using something like eve-agents, so you know that corp has enough or good agents later on as well.

You watch, he'll finally get access to a L2 agent, and his first mission will be Recon. ___ Victory smiles upon those who anticipate the changes in the character of war, not upon those who wait to adapt themselves after they occur. ~Guilio Douhet |

Tbh I think his problem is likely to be 12 ft tall capital letters obscuring his view of the agent list.
OP, contrary to popular belief, caps lock isn't cruise control for cool.

Look at what he said, he hit caps lock by accident and couldn't be arsed to retype everything.

Since his name is in all caps as well I'm guessing caps lock is more on than off...

Train the connection and social skills. You will have access to most level 1 agents.

Was it removed from the tutorial that you can use your map to show available agents?
