I have been looking this forum ( and that stupid search function) for a mission/npc fitting for a deimos?
Can you give a link to a thread or some advices about a fitting please?

While I really wouldnt suggest flying a deimos in PvE you can go for this. Replace the resists with what you require.

While you wouldn't suggest a deimos for pve you would suggest a deimos with rails for pve?

mwd, web, recharger
mwr, eanm, cpr 3 mag stab
2 ccc

Best on serpentis really, although it kill guristas at the same speed you spend half your day jammed.
I'd also advise a 5% damage implant, nice and cheap too. If you're sure of what you're doing swap the mag stabs for faction and you'll be killing the rats faster than any kinetic/therm dealing bs will but you need good skills mind.

You're dumb, best you can do is fit an afterburner and get kited into oblivion with your 6km range. You need rails for PvE in missions

I think you would get shredded alone in a FW level 3. Nice complement to a gang looking at doing one.

OP said Npcing not missions. A MWD is a practical module to use for pve in 0.0.

0.0 ratting
