Freedom Incorporated is recruiting Minmatar pilots for Faction Warfare.
Requirements:
- No SP requirements
- Alts welcome
- Sec status is meaningless
- Your Minmatar Republic Faction standing must meet or exceed the current corp standing to join (if this gets stupid I'll change it)
Everyone is crying that FW will be an unstructured mess, but we hope to bring in some FCs with decent leadership skills to help add a bit of structure to the pickup gangs. I myself have nearly maxed gang skills and can manage up to 3 wings. While some of the complexes only allow small ships, I think a command ship or two hanging in the system will work well in escorting and supporting the frigs and cruisers.
The corp is based out of Amamake, which in itself will guarantee plenty of PvP. I could care less about sec status (I'm -3.6 from being anti-pirate before... go figure), but I am requiring your faction standings to the Republic to be equal to or greater than the current corp standing. So SP isn't critical, but you're likely to be at least a few months old if you have adequate standings. The reasoning is that someone is bound to use a smartbomb and screw things up, so I want to ensure we keep the corp standings as high as possible.
I am not planning on TS or Vent because in my experience only 20% of the corp will use it and the high likelihood of standard militia members being added to gangs drops the percentage more and adds huge security concerns. We'll use in-game voice for operations with someone relaying to text at all times.
I'm US PST, which is important to some while the corp is small, but eventually we'll want full coverage.
One more thing. I founded the Blue Sun Trust alliance (and co-founded the Union Forces coalition) and commanded that for about a year. I've dealt with heavy politics and standings nightmares and coordinating large fleets... but I'm done with all that. This corp is about PvP, supporting each other and members of the main militia, and killing as many opposing faction targets as possible. So no politics, no strict rules, and no expectations of high participation levels. I expect a good percentage of the corp to be alts who spend most of their gaming time on their mains. So expect it to be laid back and fun.
Reply here or contact me in game to apply. You can also just go to HQ and apply, but if you don't meet the one simple requirement to join, I will deny your application and shoot you on sight. :)

Since the corp just started, there are only a handful of us so far from the central and western US. I am personally PST. The corp is open to all timezones, however, and the goal is to have 23/7 coverage. I think this corp has huge potential to grow fast, so hopefully there will be corpmates on whenever anyone logs in. And of course, the general militia will always be there to bolster our numbers.

It's true that expatriates can hold the greatest hatred of all for the crimes of their people, so I would consider it a possibility. As long as your standings toward the Minmatar Republic are neutral or higher, we could bring you in. Catch me in game to discuss further.

Hello. I fly a command ship and logistics cruiser, but I would prefer to fly the command ship in a fleet-booster role. Have specialized in mining (mining director 5), but I can use skirmish and armored warefare modules, and have information and siege warefare at level 4. Wing command 2, warfare link specialist 5. Very little experience in PvP, but some experience in leading PvE mission expeditions. Will contact in game when I get a chance to discuss.

We're still looking for pilots looking to join in the fight against Amarr. The benefits of our corp over the general militia are a dedicated killboard, forums and website, as well as the ability to set standings towards our non-militia friends and allies. The corp is very lightly structured and pilots are mostly free to do what they want. Please put in your app at our HQ if you're interested in giving Faction Warfare a shot.
