On the other hand.... there are people that pay back loans you know. Not between two random people but in-corp or in-alliance, the loan contract is used, even without collateral.
I never understand why you would take a loan from someone while giving collateral that covers the money lent. Especially for lower amounts. Instead of loaning money, sell what you wanted to use as collateral, use that money, when you have enough money again, buy that item again.
Your understanding of loan systems isn't really flawed...just your ability to read.
There was no collateral. The agreement was that 118 million ISK was to be paid at the end of the 30-day term. No mention was ever made of collateral, as a matter of fact. It was a matter of interest. If he never pays the man back, he's simply 100 million ISK richer.
Actually P'Tang, it's your ability to read that's failing.
I already know that no contract was involved. The part you're quoting is my response to another loan contract response. I can read the post where the OP said that no contract was involved and actually responded to it that some people have all the luck.

Doesnt matter, im loaded and can easily blow loads of isk just for the sport tbh.
Oh and im not the lender btw
Let the hunting (potentially) begin.
So very many 'would-be-hard-men' in Eve. Even if you do use the "I'll come after you" threat there is nothing to stop your mark; 1) Playing on another character. 2) Taking a break from Eve. 3) Going about their business in high-sec where griefing them will be expensive and pretty darn boring. 4) Out-blobbing you and making you look like a right fool.

I never said anything about a contract. The word you're looking for is collateral. Say it with me: COLLATERAL.
Good boy.
EDIT: At this point, I'm probably just trolling. Sorry.

I'd recomend you pay this guy back... or at least have the money on hand.
He is obviously NOT an idiot, and has done this thing before; and will have some sort of guarantee that he can get the money off you, or at least make you suffer for it.
If he is in an alliance, the way he will do it is through Mercs, and Mercs can be awfully efficient at what they do.
So in essence, I want to be there when your BS goes >Pop<

I predict a 100 million isk removal in the future, when this guy turns out to be a RMT/buys from RMTs.

People irl did this everyday. Its called a subprime mortgage with no income no asset verification (NINA)! Because the global pool of money was so heavly invested in subprimes in the secondary market, all the money and the value it held has rotted away.
That golbal pool of money could have invested in infrastructure and better schools to improve the lives of stupid people like you. But no all gone. Thats why you are going to starve to death because the price of rice has doubled.

Kage if this guy really i rich both in real life and eve you may just get all the pvp you can handle as he may just offer many merc corps 100mil every time you're pod killed just to prove a point. DONT RIP HIM OFF. And we all know 100mil's nothing.

Everyone had a nice weekend I hope? Just to reply to some of the emails that he "may come after me" or "hire mercs to come after me". I'm not hard to find. I'm usually in or around Renyn. I am East Coast US timezone too so hire mercs appropriately.

I have a better idea, why don't you tell YOUR children? Mine already know.
It's not about just being a thief though guy, it's helping out my fellow pirates. I have had at least 15 people contact me in game wanting this guy's name and I have gladly given it.
Oh and another thing, turn off your CPSA charges please. One guy actually wanted me to send him the name and he had a 1 million CPSA charge. He's the only one I haven't responded to. You got to work with me a little people.
