Looking for a very specialised Matari CS toon with excellent, focused support skills (cap, shield comp, navigation) and basic/advanced learning to 5/4.
Preferred would be Cybernetics 5, high Motion Prediction/Trajectory Analysis/Surgical Strike and Weapons Upgrades).
Bonus would some Caldari crossover skills such as T2 HMLs and support skills.
No need for large T2 projectiles or BS5 or Capital skills but would consider higher skilled pilots with these.

7.25b is the deal.
The char comes with 30m SP. It includes two sets of implants that are stored in High Sec. One has a full set of +5 implants, the other a Low Grade Snake set.
The char has a positive wallet and positive sec standing.
Del Torres will receive the ISK, I will pay the transfer fee.
