I'LL BE IN GEMINITE KILLING GOONS WITH MY SMASHKILL BROS TILL THERE ARE NO GOONS LEFT. ***** idiots that read caod these days........... It has been a little under a year since me and my alliance first entered the Drone Regions. From the begining, our time here has been almost constant combat. The Drone Regions have for the last 10 months been on fire. The area has been a meca for small/midsize gang combat. The close proximity of the involved partys allowed for quick roams. The extensive POS nap also prevented the need for large fleet combat 23/7. Multiple daily raids into each others space was common. We all had a blast. All sides in the conflict can attest to this. The situation has now changed. The breaking of the pos nap and territorial aggressions has caused this great period of eve to be over. Some will blame the russian, others will blame the introduction of FIX, eitherway the point is mute. Its over. It has now come down to a fight for survial. During this last year we have watched alliances lose their territory: Imperial Order, Frege, Oxide, DMC, Chaos Incarnate, Carpe, Rule of 3, ka tet (almost:P), Fix and now Atlas is on the verge of losing thier space. The face of the map has been forever changing in the region. All of these fallen alliances have made a mark in Eve History and will not be long forgoten. The power balance has broken and The Russian Influence has now the upper hand. FIX space is lost and Atlas is being sieged as I write this. This experiment with consentual close to home pvp is now over. This era is at an end and i would like to take this moment to thank all the people involved. It had its up and downs, locals full of smack, supercapitals were killed, carriers were warped to gates for epic lolz, and countless fleets destroyed for the sole purpose of having fun. Now the situation looks bleak for the Smashkill powerblock. With goons and friends in geminite and the majority of our fleets there, The Russian Influence has had free reign to conquer the Drone Regions. The fight is long from over though and as always we can expect a drone regions drama bomb. It appears that the Russian Influence wish to create another Madpact for the drone regions, GL with that lolz. So in conclusion i typed this wall of text (that borderline **** goons are gonna reply TLDR) to salute the partys involved over the last year. It was fun. Smash, Roadkill, Fang, Atlas, Chaos Incarnante, Pure, FIX, -V- and many smaller entitys i cannot remember, Its been a pleasure. IRC, ED, Ka Pet, Carpet, Legion, you are formable advisary and its been great blowing you up/gettin blown up. The days of close to home, just for fun pvp is over for the region. A new era is arriving that is probably gonna be very boring and in all honesty you guys just fked yourselve hardcore. GF Stop banning me please
