Is it possible to make the IGB display the parsing-errors ASP-pages generates?
When there is an error now i only get the '500 internal server error' page..
That is the so-called 'friendly' error page, as Microsofts MSIE calls it. MSIE has the possibility to display the parsing error, such as 'missing operator in ... '.
Would be handy if i could see that info igb (make it also a option as in msie to display the friendly or not friendly message?)
Why it would be nice to see the parsing error?
Cause i use the http-references the igb gives to trusted sites.. that data is unavailable when i test my page in msie.

I know it is created server side.. But in that page there is also a message from the server explaining what wend wrong. Nice job !!
Viewing the source code solves my problem not to be able to read the total error message with the 500 error
Still several questions:
1. I guess the numbers of the solarsystems for the Eve MAP are the same as mentioned in the CCP Excel sheet which was there to download in de dev blogs?
2. showrouteto doesn't seem to work.. i cannot get the client to print te route. Is it also possible to set it directly as destination?
3. Where can i find a list of item typeid's and does it also work with agents (number in the Excel sheet)?
4. Several testpages do not come up after waiting a long time. Ex. Form test 3
5. The 'spinning round' showing when loading a page isn't there anymore in the browser? It is in other screens but i do not see it in the igb.

6. is there a list with all the icons/files which you can use and are in the .res/.stuff files? When i view them i see a lot of .blue files but i do not know what they show when you use them (especialy with the files in the icons directory)

There is a strange bug when displaying tables.
If the page has some large tables, when scrolling down the table jumps to the right and stays there leaving a hole black space in front of it. When you scroll further it places it sometimes even further to the right and sometimes places it back to the left.

The showinfo-bug of solarsystems looks solved, but the showinfo of agents still isn't working.
When i place a link like:

New big problem in the latest shiva build..
my shiva website worked great (exept for some table shifting while scrolling) but with the latest build i only see a black screen.
msie shows it right and all the previous buildings did show it right too. So i guess the problem is in the IGB but i cannot say where.
The sourcecode of the blackpage is the same as the sourcecode one build back (wich was showed)
Maybe someone can look into it for me as i have a "crash to desktop after 2 seconds in space"-shiva client on the moment.

There is a problem with select-boxes if you have scrolled down a page.
If you use a large form, scroll down on it and after that use a select box, the total page is loaded again and you end up on the top of the page.
Already filled in a bugreport about it.

choose SEARCH in the menu (menu has a color problem since last 2 patches, probably problem in the CSS part of the igb).
When you have the search page, make the igb small enough that you have to scroll down to get to the last selectboxes.
Try to select something in one of them and you will see the problem

New build gives some new problems..
been working 4 hours to find the bug in my asp-page, but as it worked in earlier versions i think it is a bug in the new igb.
1. Commentlines have several problems.
Few possibilites when it finds a comment-line in a page:
a. stops showing the page
b. hangs Eve (only taskmanager can shut it down)
c. not displaying a part of the page (around the comment-tag)
d. showing the comment in the page
2. IGB lets Eve crashing when it finds a <!DOCTYPE .... >-tag or it shows the tag in the page
ex. <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
3. IGB lets Eve crash when first line in the page is empty (in the html-page the first line is empty)
4. problem with linkcolors in the body if the file (and not in div's). it totally ignores the link-colors in the CSS file !! Everything is in hard blue.

I noticed that links response to the CSS text-decoration:none now...
but.. only when they are not within a table. Can it be fixed that text-decoration:none works also inside a table?

Found a major bug in text-input when using forms. Is there since the new 2942 client. When you post the form you will get " ." (space dot) in front of the text wich was put into the text-box.

The result is that the form items are all mixed up. They don't follow the order i gave them in the forum. This works perfectly in IE and Firefox.
This isn't a form-bug, looks more like a programming bug.
This isn't realy the best way to get input from a form in ASP. In the way you use it it depends on browser and server how the variables are giving true. If i try the above code on my own server i get the results of my forms in alphabetic order.
Try using the request methode to get the results for use in your site. That way you always know for certain that you are using the right variables of the form.
ex.
response.write request("textbox1")
response.write request("textbox2")
or
textbox1 = request("textbox1")

This isn't realy the best way to get input from a form in ASP. In the way you use it it depends on browser and server how the variables are giving true. If i try the above code on my own server i get the results of my forms in alphabetic order.
Try using the request methode to get the results for use in your site. That way you always know for certain that you are using the right variables of the form.
ex.
response.write request("textbox1")
response.write request("textbox2")
or
textbox1 = request("textbox1")

I do not have that problem. I have multitiple links on my website wich use just the &-sign in it. So why do you not put the & in your link instead of &_amp;??

Could be an old bug.. Delete the first line (doctype....)
and look if it works after that... Also make shure there isn't a blank line in the beginning.
