Just started spinning around on my mission alt for the extra moola and was wondering where to start in terms of quality of Lvl4's vs. highsec space ratio.
Want to keep him in highsec so I can semi-afk during missions. This (not zythyl) is my first char doing anything in PvE so I'm at a bit of a loss. |

There is not simple answer to your original question (except for the obvious "Tengu"), but if you are getting into pve, this is something you will benefit greately from: http://eve-survival.org |

I would look for corps that have two level 4 agents in the same system in case you get offered two low-sec or faction kill missions in a row. It helps if there are no nearby low-sec systems and even better if the nearest Storyline agent is also for the same corp.
One example is the Nurtura corp in Isseras - two level 4 security agents in the same station 4J from Jita (though the rest of their agents tend to be distribution agents only - you may have to grind courier missions or ask nicely to cadge some standings gains off another player). There do not appear to be any nearby low-sec systems they send you to.
Another example is Minmatar Republic Security Services since they have two level 4 security agents in Korama and 3J from Jita but in separate stations. There is a low-sec system that they will send you to about one mission in six or so.
To find more discussions about this, google Level 4 Mission Hub and remember that agents don't have quality ratings any more. One example is this... http://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Mission_Hubs |

There are other considerations you might want to throw in.
First, look at what ships you can fly in L4s and what kind of damage they throw out. Amarr ships do best in Amarr space due to the inherent weakness of Blood/Sansha to EM damage. Amarr ships are pretty lousy against Angels though, so Minmatar space is harder.
Second, look at LP stores. Empire LP stores aren't as good as their pirate counterparts, but they still show some pretty wide variation in LP/ISK. If you're not cashing in LP, you're losing a decent chunk of change. Finding the right items to sell can be a bit of a challenge, but there are good items out there. Most require tags and use of contracts to sell though. |

Well if you are looking to be semi afk you may want to consider a drone boat. A navy Domi has a fantastic tank and can carry every type of drone so you tailor the damage to the mission. I keep 2 sets of light, medium and sentry on mine so I almost never have to swap out between missions.
For corps, if you are looking to collect bounties without worrying about collecting tags and don't want to take faction hits then you want to go with manufacturing corps. Roden has an amazing lvl 4 agent in Junsoraert and Chemal Tech has a really nice one in Vale. Neither will ever put you in low sec and are in .5 and .7 systems respectively. There are a lot of good examples out there but these are the ones I use currently. |
