OK CCP,
I am normally a very patient person. But I am getting sick and tired of slow and sometimes even NO response to petitions. Especially STUCK petitions. It is very sad to note that GM response was better in Beta than it has been since the game went live. People will live with bugs but NOT poor Customer Service. I used to think it was bad having to wait an hour for a GM to respond in E&B, but response here is MUCH worse than E&B ever was. And it take a lot to be worse at customer support than Electronic Arts.

When I've been stuck (maybe 3 or 4 times total since release) I always got moved by a GM within half an hour.

Lucky you. I've been stuck for over 2 hours now with no GM responce.
One time I waited almost 3 days for a responce to a non-stuck petition.

If it's slow it's because the GM's are probably getting swamped or there just aren't enough of them on.
They are ppl you know, they aren't out there 2 screw you over

I understand that the GM's are people too, it's just that they need more people. I'm not mad, just a little annoyed.

Personally been stuck about 3 times and always been moved within a few hours. (and once due to downtime)

I cant disagree more. The GM do a very good job. they respond fast and bring good solution. I can understand also it take more times. I am not alone, they might be very busy.

I was stucked about 5 times so far and allways had to wait until downtime to get my chars back again. Sometimes i got an answer to my petitions afterwards.
During Beta i never waited more than 2 hours to get an answer. |

I was stuck twice today before the hotfix and they moved me both times within ten minutes of my filing the petition with my alt. Maybe you are not asking them nicely enough.

I'll have to say that I also got stucked twice yesterday, but I received very quick responces from the GMs. I got my problem solved, both times, within 15 minutes.

The reason they could move people faster in beta ws there was far less people, therefor far less petitions to sift through, also in beta there were no n00bs petitioning about silly things like why the ore they got wont refine("em, did you move it to your items?"...."em, no...")there must be a HUGE volume of petitions which should not have been sent(that said, sort out the fact I cant repair my ship! lol)give these guys a break

Things like this that makes ppl move from this game. Or skills that are lost and stuff like that. Just hope they can fix this game so ppl will come back.
