Hello,
I am currently in a small PvP corporation, and am still unsure as to what I want to do (stay w/ current corp or leave). A few things have me in a state where logging into EVE seems more like a chore. Anyways, here's the breakdown as to what I am looking for, and what I can offer.
Wanting:
 0.0 space holding alliance
Very active kill board (this is extremely important - so please link it)
Solid US TZ coverage
Not NAP'd with everyone in sight
Good ratting for when no gangs are up, or ISK is needed
I Offer:
Experienced 0.0 PvP'er + FC
Future cap pilot (Dread + Carrier within 6 months)
Mature and helpful (prefer to not need to hold peoples hands though, looking for experienced corp)
Well rounded player and person
US TZ - I play a lot and overlap into EURO TZ often as well.

I think it would be due to having 45 million SP and still no Dread or Carrier for 6 months...

Contact me in game if intersted, I am the alt of a 0.0 pilot, not getting into where and what alliance im in on the forums, however, i can offer 0.0 ratting and mining, and ofc the best part of 0.0 is active pvp, we run mostly small gangs, though sometimes fleet warfare is required, but never mandatory, fairly large alliance, good isk making, i require the name of your main, and your limited api to even consider you, get in touch with me if you want more info.
