i'm having trouble seeing what you'd use this setup for? It's sorta half nano, half tank, with a weird gank and no cap-management.
It's not very good.
Go for one thing or another, half-way is not very eve-like anyway.

It would be a gankmyrm i guess for lowsec/nullsec use. The cap is the only thing that is a tad unstable. But i like dps tanking

If you're in gang and will be shooting people who are already webbed you can go like this instead

This setup makes no sense. You'll never speedtank a Myrm effectively so you're wasting two slots with the OD II and Nano II. Put a EANM II and a 1600mm RRT plate. For the mids put another WebII and a Small or Med Cap booster instead of the two LSE IIs.
And drop those rigs...downgrade to Ions or Electrons.
