at witch point will the factions caldari, gallente, minmatar and amarr attack u when u pass through there space.
becuz my ammatarr standing is like -4.0 and my amarr is about -3.5
and is it possible to reach that kos standing with agent missions

This is the list from the Rules of engagement post which is sticky in newbie forum:

+10 to -1.9 : You have the privaledge to fly everywhere.
-2.0 to -2.4 : You are restricted to 0.9 space and lower.
-2.5 to -2.9 : You are restricted to 0.8 space and lower.
-3.0 to -3.4 : You are restricted to 0.7 space and lower.
-3.5 to -3.9 : You are restricted to 0.6 space and lower.
-4.0 to -4.4 : You are restricted to 0.5 space and lower.
-5.0 to -10 : You are restricted to 0.4 space and lower.
I heard in help channel that the same applies for the factions with your corresponding standing instead of security status.

Sec rating is for Concord.
Faction rating is for factions.

Does the sec-rating affect the calculation too? If i.e i have a +2 sec rating and a -3.5 amarr, therefore a -1.5 to amarr cause CONCORD likes me :P

If you have -3.5 with amarr the amarr ships and sentry guns destroy your ship in 0.7 space and above.

thats not true went to amarr yesterday and its a 1.0 system so faction standing and sec standing are not the same but becuz my standings getting low fast i wanna check at witch point they engage me

As I said this is what I heard on help channel. Maybe you need to worry only at -5.0 then.
