I cant login yet, but im wondering if the battle systems for the new patch will be heaven for professional salvager's?
Also, what if someone steals the wreck from a milita wreck? will that player now be targeted by the milita for 15 - 20 mins?? |

Umm, no one gets flaggeed for salvaging a wreck taht they didn't kill. Looting wrecks is another story. This framework stays the same for milita warfare.

Most of the war will take place in low sec so feel free to take your salv boat there and start working while missiles and lasers fly around. |

Hmm...this could open oppoturnities for ship specific salvaging. Cloaked, waiting, searching then salvage the good ships and bail etc. All out salvaging might be quite dangerous, but special salvaging might be possible.. If it's worth it...well that's another matter.

I'm already seeing Catalysts running around low-sec, cleaning up FW gatecamp battle sites. Since many of the fleets are 50% or greater cruisers and below, nobody wants to take potshots at these guys unless they actually loot a wreck. Since the fleets are fairly large, looting isn't a problem as the fleet holding the field grabs the stuff pretty quick. But, there are tons of wrecks to salvage. |
