I look forward to trying your prog. in the near future, but in the meantime agree with little sis. As a regular ice miner, being able to adjust cycle times would be very handy. Let me know how much isk it'd take to pay off the upgrade.

Edited by: Dodgeh on 11/06/2008 17:16:21 Will add this feature in when I get the chance. I plan to have the option to change the countdown time in the LCDmanager where you click on the program and click the "Configure" button.
I'm teaching myself C++ as I go and dialogue boxes in C++ are tricky.
I have uni exams in the next few days but, it should be done by late next week. I'll keep ya posted.

So....it basically does the same thing as the countdown timer that comes with the G15, except without the ability to change the length of cycle and alert sounds? Don't get me wrong, god knows I love gadgets for my G15, but....whats the point? (props for creating it yourself tho, it's more than I can do)

It's not much different from countdown atm, but it can have things added, so it will be better. Haven't tried it yet coz i'm at work, but will try it out later on, sounds good so far tho.
Thought i'd leave some additions i'd like to see in the config menu if you want some ideas. Just stuff i'd try and put in if I could make it.
- Different timer's for Ice/Strip/Gas Harvester/ maybe even normal Miners.
- Ability to add gang bonus's, could even have skill selections to work it out (Mining Director 3, Warfare Link Specialist 4, Mining Director Implant)
- You could show yield if you want even more work :P

So you can adjust this to 10 minutes? Ideal for a siege timer then too ;)

I never thought of that! Maybe I'll have to rename it You can set a value for the countdown (in seconds) between 1 and 999.
