Exair Industries is undergoing redevelopment. Exair is branching from a mainly mining corporation to take advantage of the many other industrious aspects. Plans have been drawn and the cogs are starting to turn. Preferable time zones are GMT and around a few hours either way.
In Exair the idea is to reward the work you do for the corp. As each player progresses as does the corp as a whole and everyone can profit. Each month players that help with the running of the corp will earn a percentage of the profits, the more profits gained the more ISK is paid out.
Industry will involve Moon Mining, Manufacturing, Mining, Marketing and many more things that donÆt start with M  .
What will be on offer in Exair:
-Extensive knowledge of many aspects of EVE.
-Sub capital ships provided for direct corp use.
-Certain skills can be provided when used for the corp.
-Members with the ability to build almost every T1 item in game, including capitals.
-The chance to help build a corp up and to earn lots of ISK on the way.
-Trusted members can also receive perks and bonuses.
-Ability to view monthly reports to see exactly where every ISK goes.
-No compulsory ops, just duties for payments.
What Exair requires:
-Ability to perform tasked duties within certain time frames.
-Training of certain skills dependant on position.
-Alt characters are welcome as long as they have the ability to train skills.
-GMT or similar time zone.
-Ability to type and understand English as the main spoken language.
High end positions are available and recruitment will start with these first.
PERSONEL
Director
Position Taken
Personnel Manager
Basically a lower down Director, you deal with all internal corp issues e.g.applications etc. You are also tasked with bringing problems to the attention the best person to deal with the situation. As normal recruitment will consist of newbieÆs as well as experienced players someone with the knowledge of the game would be best in this position.
LOGISTICS
Manager
Arrange and organise transport of goods to final destinations. Availability of a personal freighter is a high priority. The ability to pilot blockade runners is also essential.
Logistics Team
Additional logistics support for both high sec and low.
MARKET + ASSETS
Market Managers
Prices are ever changing; this position is in charge of watching the markets and insuring that we buy equipment/fuel etc. at the cheapest possible prices.
When a corp purchase is made at below market costs from info provided by a market manager they will receive a bonus of upto 50% of the ISK saved.
Stock Manager
Check Monthly Stock that came in to monthly stock of what should have came in. This includes taking losses into account and insuring nothing is missing. Light scale reports must be provided monthly.

We will take players from most time zones, as long as people can effectively communicate regularly.
