TV Show: Penn and Teller: Bull****! and Futurama are my two top shows :)
Movie: Tough one... The Boondock Saints is one of them along with The Good The Bad and The Ugly
Food: Meat! Beef mostly, but pig in bacon form is also good :)
Music: Metal and Rock, so Metallica and Iron Maiden is amongst the top
Book: Nights Dawn Triology by Peter Hammilton (This is THE best book I have read, ever, you should read it! :))
Though to select the one single thing you like most really :P

...Movie? - i like comedy so something that springs to mind is seven samurai
...Food? - chocolate, it's a food and a drug at the same time :D
...Piece of music? - lots of favorites here, depends on time of day and day of the month, this currently
...Book - when I was 15 i read a heavily pro-communist futuristic fiction piece written and published in the former USSR, sadly I do not have the book any more and i'm horrible at recalling names, it was so bizarre and idealistic however that it will forever remain my favorite, now if only i could locate a copy of it...

Food > Probably smoked salmon, or dover sole, or maybe... I dunno, I like food so much it's hard to choose.
Piece of music > I've never really had a single favourite piece.
