You will bring about the destruction of the Gallentean war machine, the elimination of Gallente tyranny over the oppressed peoples of the Statee, and security for ourselves in a free world.
Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well trained, well equipped, and battle-hardened. He will fight savagely.
But this is the year Y113. Much has happened since the Gallentean triumphs.
The State have inflicted upon the Gallenteans great defeat in open battle man to man. Our air offensive has seriously reduced their strength in the air and their capacity to wage war on the ground.
Our home fronts have given us an overwhelming superiority in weapons and munitions of war and placed at our disposal great reserves of trained fighting men.
The tide has turned.
The free men of the State are marching together to victory. I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty, and skill in battle.
We will accept nothing less than full victory.
Good luck, and let us all beseech the blessings of our great leaders upon this great and noble undertaking. |

We are currently recruiting pilots who can fly any of the following (owning them would be nice too) - Black Ops Recons Strategic Cruisers Command Ships Logistics Assault Ships Interceptors Stealth Bombers  Be warned, these will be utilised in PVP situations in the name of the State. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.
