Personally, i think the XeCL Mining Laser is at least as good! ok, it mines 2 m¦ less / 60 seconds than the CU Vapor, but it require only 48 CPU when the CU Vapor requires 57 CPU, which means that it's easier to equip on frigates and cruisers and that you can use other module high on CPU that you can't use with CU Vapor...

Who cares about CPU, when you got photonic CPU enhancers. Cu Vapor also got longer range. My Thorax can have 2914 CPU with 5 photonics :)

I don't even mine, and I know that Miner IIs have been the best for like 2 years. Cheaper than the lame named ones, though I don't complain when people buy those from me.
