Im talking about a once a year thing, when your character advances a year, a notification would pop up, or an eve mail, with a little gift based on that character's age, race and skill points. Sounds compliated, but if it workr, would go down well as other players have agreed with me. Post your thoughts here |

Might be an interesting idea.
Perhaps base the 'gift list' meta-level availability against the age of the character.
(Thus, a character that has been around 3 years would get 1 meta 3 item)
It could also be a sliding scale system.
So said three year old could get 1 Meta 2, and a Meta 1, or 3 Meta 1 items.
The total value of said items would not be allowed to exceed 50% of the current total SP of the character in ISK.

It doesn't have to be items, even just some recognition would be nice.

I like the idea, and it could be fun. Nothing expensive; 30 mill item/s to a character with 30 mill SP is nothing, make a short list to choose from and a character can take his pick.
Mind you, I remember the days when we got a christmas present and where has that small ray of sunshine ventured off to? |

presies would be nice... although I am not sure... what form they should take.
My personal opinion would lean toward something completely useless in game, and more like some sort of a "fluff"
We have ambulation coming, perhaps present can take a shape or a form of something that would be useful as "window dressing" for ambulation purpose rather than an actual useful item in game. Special Uniform? Some sort of... item to place in HQ, that sort of a thing.

I'm surprised, i didnt actually think ANYONE would not like the idea of free stuff? The apothesis was a nice start i guess they could do something with that but better for however many years you been here...... soooo...... Anyone wanna give me free stuff?
