Gneeznow North Eastern Swat Pandemic Legion	Posted - 2008.06.12 10:15:00 - [4] Omen is a good ship I dunno why people instantly dismiss it, anyway this nearly perma runs with max cap skills, think it runs for like 11 minutes with cap skills at 5 and controlled bursts 4, replace the EANM's with rat specific passive hardeners as you need to, also the 5% damage implant for medium energy turrets is really cheap, like 2 million isk and well worth it. A maller could probably tank a level 3 using rigs.

(Moa pilot under 2 mil SP + 2,5 SP learning , Omen pilot 1,4 mil SPs ) used that Moa to tank a few lvl 4's also but used a bit more potent damage dealers (a gank fit Raven greenhorn). But solo ... Try to get your hands on a shiny new Navy Omen at least ...

Even if your setup its quite good, do you honestly claim that a harbinger will not be more effective?

That was when i had 300k Sps or something. moral: Close range tech 1 cruisers (Thorax and autorupy type pvp conversions) cant do lvl 3s but ranged tech 1 Cruisers like Moa Caracal Vexor arby arti rupy and others I am sure can.... even with very low skills. I believe I might even have used assaults and 200s on a Celestis as a noob to do some easy lvl 3s but 3.5 years later its a bit of a blurr...

I picked up mine in the Lonetrek region.

I used: 4 Named Heavy Puls, Assault Missle Luncher Tracking Computer, Cap Recharger, AB SAR, 2x TS ANPs, CPR, Heat Sink Back in the days(before Scripts and the 5. Turret on the Omen). Use a Zealot or Harbinger, for Level 3, easyier and faster. Or buy a Navy Omen, they are great and Drones are allways handy in PVE.
