This char was my alt but i'm having to cut down on accounts (stupid gf) 
He's skilled in pretty much every area from Caldari bs 5 and good missile skills, to a dabbling in industry. He also has great electronics and engineering skills and is very close to being an awesome scanning pilot. I started training him to be a mom holding char for my main and he's not far from that.

No bad history
No assets or isk worth mentioning
Will be in noobcorp
Will pay transfer fee (surprise surprise)
I'm looking mainly for isk, but will consider character trades. I will not add isk to this char for any trades though.
Min bid: 1 bil isk

And I would let the char sit inactive on an account before i let him go for 1.5 bil. |

I fail to see any hostility in that statement.
I also fail to see a reason to throw stones at me when i reject a bid that is clearly below my reserve so early in this auction.
