I can't believe there are no setup threads for this in the setup sticky, so start it here.
There are many questions but no forum to direct people for answers.
Specify PVE or PVE.

PVP
Highs: 3 x light neutron blasters
Mids: 1mn MWD, webber, med shield extender
Lows: 2 MAPC
100+ dps
2.5kms
1.5k shield
This is all with pretty high skills
Fun set up for small gangs or even 1v1 no scram though so maybe best used in 2's or more.

Best Named 20km Scram or a t2 9km scram, named web (X5 or langour) and an MWD
MAPC and 200mm plate.

good but you are forgetting to specify the type of setup.
People come here from rookie / npc corps looking for ideas.
Most are not going to have the high skills and would like to know what set up for pvp and what setup for pve.
Side note: notice how the Langour meta 1 web uses less CPU than the meta 3 X web? Seems out of the norm.

This is the fit I use and it does some nasty damage for a frig. To be more specific:
3x Light Ion II's with Faction Antimatter
1x MWD
1x Web
1x 7.5k Scram
1x MAPC
1x 200mm Tungsten Plate
1x Hobgoblin II
Yea I know you can use Electron's and replace the MAPC with something more useful but I like my Ion's so go **** yourselves.
