Hi,
Just want to know how to disable or mute the ugly gate sound that saturate all audio frequency (That thing jam vocal like Teamspeak or music) and if possible, turn also warp sound off. It's possible without cutting all other sound effect? Becose these gate sound are.... bad when you do some gang roaming and you are 70 to pass the gate....
Each time I must say on TS "Just a minute, gate time!!!" or "Can you repeat, In the last 2 minutes the only sound I hear is the coutinuous gate activation..."

Eve has sound?
Seriously, I haven't played with sound turned on in almost 2 years.
There might be an option to adjust that volume, but I don't know where it is as the only option I look for now is the enable/disable check box.

Agreed - Gate sound is very annoying. Option to turn down/off please.  |

Only thing you can do is hit ESC and switch over to the Audio tab. There are several sliders that let you adjust some of the sounds; I usually turn the master volume slider down so that EVE sounds aren't very loud. I also amplify Ventrilo/TS from within those applications, so that they're much much louder than EVE is.
Otherwise, if you zoom your camera out far, you won't hear the gate sounds so loudly. Nothing helps with the warp sounds though. |

gate sound is so annoying, i have tried every thing to get it quite without losing other effects, be nice if there was an option.
also when mining out omber missions, the roids are always near the acceration gete and you have that constant *****ling and buzzing noise all the time.

Zoom out from the gate and the sound will fade.
