I'm looking to buy a Mining Director alt with the following skills:
Required:
Mining Foreman V
Mining Director V
Cybernetics V
Warfare Link Spec IV
Battlecruisers IV
Leadership V
Racial Cruiser IV (pref Caldari)
Preferably also:

Only 10m sp, so pretty specialized and might be a budget-savvy option for you. He needs work but should be able to fit and run 6 gang mods on a Drake as of this weekend.

Mining Director and Mining Foreman are not trained and would take about a month.
He also happens to be the worst Transport/Freighter pilot in Eve, and with 40 minutes left to go for Caldari BS2 will be a truly awful Raven pilot.
