It has come to my knowlegde that CCP GM`S helped out a major corp a few weeks ago to solwe the puzll eabout who stole there stuff from hangars. NOW I DO NOT condole hangar thiefs as i see they are LAME and more i wont write here. HOWEVER. it is a feuture of the game, being a thief and all. and we will all see more of it in future. The problem here as i se eit is that GM`S help the victims to find the thief. Why is this so ? a GM actually ruined that caracter. hmmmmmm what is the next ? a GM giving BP to a corp ? because he is feriend with them or an arkanor roid with a radius of 10000000000..... I would like to have a public debate NOT FLAME about how much a GM can interact in the Gameplay. as i see they have a litlle to much power atm. telling a corp who did something is not good. the corp should tighten its security instead. and ccp should make it posible to track a person or something wich COULD require a skill or something Station SECURITY skill.....
Corp thiefs are lamers no doubt there, but the help from a gm is not good... i can only imagine what happends next... any words on this isue ? |

IBTL? Why post as an alt? And maybe you do not know the full story about this, if indeed it did happen, which I, to be honest, doubt.

You might get an answer from the GM's there, ranting about it on the forums wont do any good.

Too much power ? Nah ! Bad judgement! GMs shouldnt help any corporation with anything except in cases where there might be bugs/exploits involved.
Corp thieves are a plague but still they can be avoided... Don't trust anyone ;) |
