Shuttles are still taking far too long to build. couple hours each where they should only tae a couple minutes at most.

Good point. Given their simplicity, they should build faster than a L turret.

Course, how long does it take to build a probe?
Shuttles are about the same size.

How so? With people getting tons of shuttles as rewards and tons of shuttle BPs....the price for shuttles are probably keep around 10-20k per (vastly more in low secure space due to low supply).
Don't blame it on NPC corps, blame it on the HUGE suply of them and the fact that most anybody knows how much the mineral costs is for one.

Go to 0.0 and build them there. You'll be able to get 50k for single shuttle.

What hatchette said. I simply can not afford to tie up my factory in deep 0.0 for 30 hours to build 20 lame shuttles. No agents up here give them out, and they certainly arent on the pirate market from npc supply. I'm not an empire-space scordite hugger.
