No minimum SP. I'm only interested in the skills. DO NOT MAIL ME IN-GAME, I don't check this character's mail. I will pay up to 5 billion for this. If your character is worth a bit more convince me of it and I might go up to 6 or 7. Only interested in those with Gallente Carrier, not any other type.

Still looking.
Eastern Pride and Rarry Raffer are nice characters but far too much ISK for me given their Nyx/Thanatos related skills.

just a note man to help you find your toon
Any character with
carrier lvl 5
calibration 5
Fighter 5
will have plenty of related skills such as capital remote armor repair at least at lvl 4and so on
meaning most toon with the skills you want have a minimun of 40.000.000 sp or more and pretty well trained towards gallente supercap pilot... in other words it will be hard to find for 10 billion.
try to offer 13 billion that should make your life easier.
