Ok I am still puzzled to why Caldari are not really achieving anything massive with there hordes of number which keep increasing. I say this as all the other faction are catching up with Caldari victory points but with far less numbers, which brings me nicely to my next point to that what are you all doing?
Another congrats to Amarr again today for achieving so much with so little members, although i did see a whine on the forum about how underpowered you weapons but it look like most of you are just getting on with it and scoring those point so well done keeping the Amarr and Caldari side of the war effort up lol. I doubt i will see a drop in those figures any time soon.
well done for the tribal liberation force for achieving first in the kills scored section out of all the militia's hope you guys keep it up.
and finally i don't know if you saw my FDU update yesterday but super high fives to my fellow fleet pilots yesterday for scoring our first cap kill of the war so great job guys and your doing a good job keep it up.
When will the first system switch take place.... i hope it happens soon and i hope i am in a news group to actually report on it to make actual news
all stats are for the last 24 hours
12344 (up 1388 pilots) are in the "war" and are divided as such 1394 total kills down 69 kills caldari and amarr = 4.244 VP per pilot Gallente and Minmatar = 5.34 VP per pilot
Caldari = 5036 pilots + 632 ( 273 kills in 24 hours -123) < 17480 victory point in 24 hours +5600 > < 3.47 Victory points per pilot> [ 54 systems controlled +0 ]
Minmatar = 2441 pilots +241 ( 468 kills in 24 hours +147 ) < 12770 victory points in 24 hours + 2020 > < 5.23 Victory points per pilot> [ 42 systems controlled +0 ]
Amarr = 1933 pilots +178 ( 250 kills in 24 hours +102 ) < 12100 victory points in 24 hours + 2849> < 6.25 Victory points per pilot> [ 28 systems controlled +0 ]
Gallente = 2934 pilots + 337 ( 403 kills in 24 hours -195 ) < 15970 victory points in 24 hours +2920 > < 5.44 Victory points per pilot> [ 47 systems controlled +0 ]

you've seen nothing from caldari fleets yet tbh, most of the players are still moving ships and crap to a front base, along with more FCs stepping up to the mark, etc!
it's totally nuts, i kinda blame the standings thing, requiring 0.5, even if that is pitifully low heaps of players used caldari ships and caldari agents to mission run, nuking their standings with their actual blood, so they just join caldari.
all i can say to help you is 'tank kinetic'

Very interested read. If only We had a Factional Warfare Forum where this wouldn't get lost in amongst the Helios whine threads. Keep up the good work. *******

It seems like amarr has the fewest, but highest quality pilots.
I was rooting for them from the start too.

Caldari FCs only seem interested in just shooting other fleets. I tried to find ppl to go cap plexes with and only 6 outta 850 in militia channle wanted to.
Id give it a few weeks before the caldari FCs wise up and relize just chasing gangs around doesnt score any points and they accually need to go into gal space and run the plexes.

What? Currently running the plexes doesn't actually get you much does it? +.15 standing and a few tags? As I understood it right now its just a boring grind that makes a dot on the map change colors. Furthermore, it means you will probably have to travel farther to engage the enemy. Why not just spend time doing some pewpew?

it's strange I'm a FC for the minmatar and I've seen very little effort from the ammar while I'm online.
I run 10-15 man gangs, and even larger 30-40 man gang the other day.
every time I've run around I must be missing their time one. we hit a major site in ammar space with 6 pilots, there were 6 ammar in local, sop we were ready for a fight. the timer was at 35 mins, they must of ran out when we warped in or something.
after 10 mins a ammar scout comes in and then leaves.
15 mins later our back up comes in finally.
I don't really understand it, I must be on the wrong time zone >.<

That's entirely inaccurate. I have not seen a single gallente militia "nano gang" and the fleet Armoured C and I were in last night that he's referring to was entirely normal ships from frigates to battleships. The caldari fleets were hapilly camping in Tama or running around looking for the odd kill while our fleet was contesting systems.

An effort is being made to organize the State Protectorate. We aren't even a week in yet, so assuming that things will remain as they are may be a deadly mistake. |

To be fair, they started with that many systems. No systems have ever changed hands.

Edited by: Aknot Wat on 14/06/2008 23:39:35 Well I was thinking about adding a PUBLIC FW section to our corps forums for such things (it's not there yet). http://carbideindustries.org
I also own...
www.evefactionwar.com and www.factionalwarfare.com
and had planned to set up forums and game database links to update the state of FW control, etc. But quickly realized I had no idea how to do that.
So if anyone is interested... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please let us chose the old ship voice as an option. |

Edited by: Armoured C on 15/06/2008 01:27:53 it something to do ... then add something better to do make it worth while
plus it more to show that FW isn't worthless as some of those septics out there thought it might be
i like to think of it as training the youth of today in how to fleet (if you roll in my squad you will learn very fast ) split to squads and be under of the command of some of the greatest FC i have seen to date
out numbered 2:1 and still winning is something special i think
p.s i r checking email every hour for my ISD reply ... why cant it come quicker
sorry for bad writing i am tired and about to go to bed

There was a post on here recently about Caldari helping out Amarr to drive back the Minmatar hoards. So some of Caldari militia efforts were directed at supporting their Amarr allies who have been fighting outnumbered.
So this might explain some of the lack of achievement on Caldari part and the over-achievement on Amarr part even though they have the smallest militia.

One thing to remember here... there are a ton of small to mid sized corps still analysing how to make this work for them and a substantial number will likely join the fray. Many are 'trade' or such but with substantial combat and logistics potential.
The fat lady is far from singin on this one... for all factions.

Edited by: Grahv Exitus on 15/06/2008 04:25:05 The Noob Mercs have decided to make two spin-off corps, one each for gallente and Amarr, but it's going to take a day or two for all of us to get setup and for the majority of the Noob Horde to pick a side. I'm sure it's probably no different for other corps (minus the whole splitting off into two groups thing), so just give it some time and I'm sure things will pick up.
I can't wait to join in on some militia action. This sounds great.
