got podded the other day cus after my ship got blown up, i had the "boarding ship" loading window, which would not disappear, and i could not click anywhere, not even right click.
GM say they cant reimburse me cus its not a server issue...
what is it then? i could click just fine before the window and after i've been podded.
time for a change in the reimbursement policy imo so game issues is included aswell
anyone else had this aswell?

What the GMs mean is that since it's not a server issue they have absolutely no way of verifying your claim. Reimbursement for something lost in PvP is a serious affair because it removes a victory from your enemy. It can't be given just by taking your word for it, they have to be investigated and a bug must be proen to be the cause of your loss. Since they can't investigate it, their hands are tied.
Out of interest, did you try hitting escape to close the window? Those little progress windows can be closed by hitting escape.

Yea , like the others that can be actually logged but are never being logged for some strange supernatural reason.

apparently the wartarget i "failed to lock target" on was alredy in warp, though i got the "warp disrupting sensors" message on my third try of locking it.
CCP fix your game!
