This is how i set mine up, it seems a bit too expensive for me especially the rigs. Can some 1 give me some advice plz
High:
5 X HAM II
Mid:
Invuln II
EM Hardener II
MWD
small cap booster
warp disruptor
Low:
3 X BCU II
DCU II
Rig:
2 X polycarbon I

For a cheaper setup, drop the Polys, DCU and one of the BCU's add 2 OD II.
Personally I would also drop the Invul and add a LSE
As for riggs, either aux thrust, or perhaps an EM rigg, then you could drop the EM Hardener and gain a mid
Just some thoughts

My brother for using a cerberus here is my pvp setup :
Rigs:(i put them above coz i am about to display several options for mids and lows)
2* core defence field extender
High:
5* HAM II (+ cloak)
<option I> only warp distruptor no webifier might pose problems, also with MWD on its very not cap stable
Mid:
EM hardener II
EM hardener II
MWD/AB
Large Shield Exteneder II
warp disruptor
Low :
3 BCU II (caldary navy -> frees enough cpu to use cloak but risks lots of money)
1 RCU II

<option II>
Mid:
EM hardener II
webifier
warp disruptor
Large Shield Extender II
MWD/AB
Low:
2* BCU II
1 damage control
1 RCU II

IMO the cerb is just not worth it.
Too slow to get away, too soft to tank, too weak to gank...
..., oh and missiles can't snipe.
Just use a caracal, the difference is just a few more seconds of survival but about 80M in the wallet.

you can pretty much say that any T2 ship is not worthy if you look at it your way.
a cerberus can defeat 20 caracals easy
javelin missiles can get to 10000m/s
with two large shield extenders i get close to 12000 shields on a cruise sized ship add the high resistancies and speed and you get a ship that tanks pretty good
thats how it seems to me

Aye, this would be fine if people didn't use the velocity bonus as effective
extra range. So yes the missiles fly faster but most cerb pilots fly at the max
engagement range of their missiles.

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice ship but somewhat of a waste of ISK.
Most of the other HAC's are more survivable due to a better tank or nano-able.
Just get your missile range skills up and fly a drake. When it dies, get another and another and another and only then do you reach the wallet hit that the cerb provides you.
Zealot, Ishtar, Sac, Vaga, Munnin are all better choices for HAC's IMO.
