Under courier missions this morning I found a mission to Jove Assembly Plant !! Based in 54-VNO. It had 0 jumps, suggesting no route presently exists. 54-VNO is in Constellation 14-DK8, Region J7HZ-F.
The Assmebly plant is described as Gallente, which was used as the visual for it pre release. 54-VNO also has Jovian Directorate Bureau and Jove Navy testing facilities.
If anyone gets there name a star after me and send me a big bonus ;)

Yea, i have noticed that they've been adding more things to the Jovian regions lately - however, the jump-routes to Jovian space is cut off.
I expect they'll make Jovian space available sometime in a not-too-distant future

Joves are a little overweight. They are unshaven, untidy, and a little bit uncouth.
They may be your brother-in-law, but the sad fact that they like to lay around on your living room couch drinking beer and picking their noses makes them more pathetic than anything else.
They've got to go, but, of course, you don't know quite how to go about booting them from your trailer.

Vacuole, according to your description my brother-in-law is a Jovian. However, you left one thing out. When they say they are visiting for one week and will stay with you what they really mean is they will be living with you for the next four months, maybe longer. :P

Uh, "courier missions" are player made missions, no?
So someone makes a mission to an unreachable, fancy-sounding spot, puts up a high collateral.
Then you accept the mission, and cannot complete it.

Yes I remember this stuff from back in release, if you accept the mission you lose the colateral because you cant get there, good news is accept it and petition it to a GM, the player that set it gets in trouble as doing it is considered a exploit of game mechanics as far as i know.

IBJC, but not IBTL. If missions to Jove space are still open (I think they were fixed a *long* time ago), file a petition for resolution.
