We all know there has been some discussion about Lady Sarum.
It would be of great guidance to hear the offical positions of PIE Inc. and the CVA alliance on this matter.
Thank you in advance, VV

Yes, I read that statement.
Included in that CVA statement is the following line:
"Our current understanding is that Jamyl Sarum cannot and must not again seek our glorious Imperial throne."
So I am right to assume Lady Sarum enjoys no backing from the CVA as of this time? Or has this stance been changed since the release of the CVA statement?
Also, does PIE Inc. hold the same official position on the matter?

Originally by: Xenea With all respect to the militias, we already have plenty of official statements...
Yes indeed, Lady Xenea, we do have some official statements of non capsuleer forces and powers.
This communication concers the positions of the capsuleer forces such as PIE and CVA and any others that would like to clarify their position.
I am afraid I find myself in a terrible position. While I respect the hirarchy and order of the Amarr empire in full, the Sarum issue leaves a questionmark in my mind.
Certain procedures that normally have to be followed seem to have been broken. From that traditional point of view Lady Sarum may not become empress, and if she did, we would have to see how this situation can be corrected. On the other hand, I in no way intend to deny any of those in rightful charge of the great Amarr empire my followship. It is very unfortunate that at the moment the situation is very unclear. To follow an unlawful empress would be a deadly sin before God.
This is why I seek council from my fellow amarrians, especially in hearing the positions of the wise capsuleer forces that have done the empire so much good. It needs not be mentioned that I also eagerly await a well communicated statement from the theology council.
I am not impatient, but at a time of war it is vitally important for Amarr citicens to know who to follow. This matter is urgent.
